Course Overview

During this course, we invite you to become highly skilled in the
exciting principles, processes, and techniques of conflict management and
negotiations.  This course will provide
you with the tools for problem solving.
It will equip you to effectively deal with different types of conflict.  Most importantly, it relates to the legal
modules required to train psychologists and social workers.  The course are designed to help you qualify
as a mediator, create more effective outcomes and manage conflict in a wide
application field.
